At MIMU Club, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Returns and refunds are accepted under the following terms:

Timeframe
You have 20 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or refund, the item must be received in:

  • Unused and unworn condition

  • No stains, odors, or damage

  • Original tags and packaging intact

  • The same condition in which it was delivered

MIMU Club reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Refund Method
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds may be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the product arrived with a confirmed manufacturing defect, MIMU Club will cover the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These will always be clearly stated in the product listing.
