Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days before shipment. Processing times may extend during product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Times
Standard shipping within Mexico typically takes 2–6 business days after the order has been processed.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or external factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If the carrier confirms that a shipment has been lost, MIMU Club will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
For damaged items, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage to the product and packaging.
